In the Central Asian Volleyball Association (CAVA) Beach Volleyball Tour, Maldives' Ismail Sajid (Kuda Kattey) and Adam Naseem (Adam) lost in the final recently held in Bangladesh.

The pair came up against Nithin and Rama from India in the finale. The pair lost both sets 19-21 and 14-21. This is the first match the pair lost in this tournament. Adam and Kuda Kaattey won all group stage matches, the quarter and semi finals. The reigning champions failed to retain their title however, they were invincible in their road to the finals.
